The lowest licence fee does not always produce the lowest total. A cheaper licence with more expensive visa allocation can end up above a mid-priced package once visas are added. Free zone companies allow full foreign ownership, and many mainland activities do as well following changes to UAE commercial company legislation. Some mainland activities remain subject to specific requirements. We confirm the position for your intended activity before you commit to a structure.
Each visa carries an allocation charge against the licence plus a processing package that covers the visa, medical testing and Emirates ID issuance. If the applicant is already inside the UAE a change of status charge applies per visa, and VIP processing is available as an optional extra. Because these repeat per person, visa count is usually the largest variable in a quotation.
